The safety and well-being of our employees, members and our community is Orion's highest priority. Orion continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and we are making necessary adjustments to business processes and operations in order to serve our Members' banking needs.

 SERVICE UPDATE

We are temporarily shifting our branch services approach to drive-thru and appointment only. Our ATMs are available 24 hours a day. For non-cash transactions, remember you can bank with us without leaving the comfort of your home by using our digital banking channels.

 IMPORTANT INFO DURING COVID-19

The Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act provides a government stimulus payment via check or direct deposit to eligible individuals. The $900 billion in additional COVID-19 relief was signed on December 27, 2020. The IRS will begin sending payments in the coming weeks, with the first round beginning Monday, January 4, 2021.

Here are a few things to know about the latest round of payments.

  • Not all payments will be distributed at once. Direct deposits will continue to post throughout the month of January.
  • This payment should be received in the same way you receive other payments from the IRS, including tax returns and earlier stimulus payments. If you received a check from the IRS instead of direct deposit for an earlier payment, you should expect a check again.
  • Checks began to be mailed by the IRS on December 30, 2020.
  • To check on your stimulus payment status, please visit www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment.
