IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING COVID-19 SITUATION
The safety and well-being of our employees, members and our community is Orion’s highest priority. Orion continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and we are making necessary adjustments to business processes and operations in order to serve our Members' banking needs.
We are temporarily shifting our branch services approach to drive-thru only. Our ATMs are available 24 hours a day. For non-cash transactions, remember you can bank with us without leaving the comfort of your home by using our digital banking channels.
In addition, our universal bankers will continue to work on site at our branches and are available to meet with you by appointment, either by phone or in branch if required. If you need to schedule an appointment with one of our universal bankers,
please call 1-800-532-9025 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
We appreciate your membership and your patience as we implement a multi-faceted approach to protect the health and well-being of the Orion team, our members, and our business during these uncertain times.
