Orion Financial Food Drive

Join Us in Supporting Our Community

Many in our community are feeling the impact of the recent pause in SNAP benefits, and we want to help. Orion Financial staff are coming together to launch a Food Drive, collecting donations that will directly benefit families across the Mid-South.

We’re inviting our members and community partners to join us in this effort. Every item collected will go to support those in need right here in our community.

When:

Friday, November 10 – Thursday, November 20

Where:

You can drop off your donations at any Orion Financial branch. Visit our Locations Page to find the branch nearest you. to find the branch nearest you.
Collection bins will be placed at all branches beginning Monday, November 10.

Every item donated makes a difference for families who are struggling to put food on the table.

Most Needed Items

Non-Perishable Food

  • Canned Meat (tuna, chicken, stews, chili, chicken & dumplings)
  • Chunky-Style Soup
  • Peanut Butter
  • Canned Fruit (no sugar preferred)
  • Canned Vegetables (no salt preferred)
  • 100% Fruit Juice (canned or bottled)
  • Dried Beans, Rice, Macaroni & Cheese

Non-Food Items

  • Paper Towels, Plates, Napkins
  • Toilet Paper
  • Personal Hygiene Products (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, deodorant)
  • Laundry & Dish Detergent
  • Cleaning Supplies
  • Diapers (infant and adult)

Volunteer Opportunity

Our community partner MIFA is always in need of volunteers to assist with their Home-Delivered Meals Program, which supports seniors who may not have transportation to reach food pantries.
