To open an account with Orion Financial, you will need to click the link below and enter some personal information to get started. You will need access to a phone to receive calls or texts for a secure access code.

You may use the following as your first form of identification:

  • State driver’s license with photo
  • State identification card
  • Military identification card
  • Passport
  • U.S. alien registration card
  • Matricula consular card

Members will automatically be enrolled by default unless they are not in good standing or there are issues with the payroll depositor. To opt out, please contact Orion Financial to let us know. Please note that Social Security and VA benefit deposits are included.

You can transfer funds using Orion Financial’s Digital Banking options – from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Simply log in to your digital banking account to see your Orion accounts and transfer money. You can also transfer funds between accounts at any of Orion Financial's locations.

You can also enroll in telephone banking by calling 901-385-5200 and selecting option 2. Please have your account number available to complete enrollment.

Yes, you can add a joint owner to your account. You can call in to authorize the person being added or visit one of our branch locations. The joint owner must be eligible for membership.

If you receive an error message while signing up online, you can call the Orion Member Connect team at 901-385-5200 and select option 4. Member Connect is open to assist you Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm and Saturday 9 am-1 pm.

Your employer is responsible for routing your paycheck to your Orion Financial account. To set up a direct deposit, you will need your account number and the Orion Financial's routing #284084907.

Online banking offers a Direct Deposit Switch feature under the Services menu, to assist you in this process.

Yes, we offer online and mobile banking, with electronic statements, P2P transfers, free bill pay, and free credit score monitoring.

Yes! The Orion Financial Checking account includes a debit card, online banking, and mobile banking capabilities, all without a monthly fee.

Log in to online or mobile banking, select the menu option “Loan Center” and click “Mortgage Center” to track progress, make payments, and view statements for your Orion Mortgage.

If your payment is electronic, it should be debited from your account on the business day before the payment date you selected. If the payment is by mail, the payment will be delivered by the selected date but will not be debited from your account until the recipient deposits the check.

Log into the Orion Financial app or online banking to view or update your scheduled Bill Pay dates.

You can use Bill Pay to schedule recurring payments that will automatically be paid monthly, weekly, or on another schedule you set. To use this option, select Recurring Payments, choose your schedule, and select the first payment date.

To view scheduled and recurring payments through the Orion Financial app, visit the Pending Payments tile and select the View More button to see when each payment will be delivered.

You can manage Bill Pay alerts (such as security notifications) by going to the My Account option at the top of the screen. From there, navigate to the Notifications tile and select the View alerts button to change your preferences.

If you wish to opt out of other emails sent by our Bill Pay provider, please contact Orion Financial at 901-385-5200, or send a secure message through online banking or on your Orion Financial mobile app.

For debit card or credit card disputes, or to report a card lost or stolen, please call 901-385-5200 and select option 3.

For bill payment, ACH, or other transaction disputes, please visit a local branch or call 901-385-5200 and select option 5. Please be sure to report any fraudulent activity or concerns to Orion Financial within 60 days of the first statement's delivery date to ensure your concern can be addressed.

Please enroll in electronic statements by logging in to your online or mobile banking and selecting “Document Center” and “Statement Delivery” from the menu. You can view and print current and past statements at no charge.

An official statement or transaction history can be printed at your local branch. Please see our Fee Schedule for applicable fees.

You can reorder your checks either through your online or mobile banking, by calling 901-385-5200 and selecting option 5, or by visiting an Orion branch location.

In Online Banking, select Check Reorder from the Services menu option.

You can change your current address from the online or mobile banking account dashboard under settings.

You can also change your address by calling Orion Financial’s Member Connect Center at 901-385-5200 or visiting any Orion branch.

Please report your lost or stolen card to Orion Financial by calling 901-385-5200 and selecting option 3.

Orion Financial members can download the Orion Financial Mobile App or login to online banking to set debit card alerts and controls. You can set up transaction notifications or lock your debit card instantly from the app.
