The following amendments to Orion Financial’s Account Disclosures are effective 30 days from the date we send this notice to you:

Fee Updates:

The fee for Mailed Statements and Notices has increased from $2.00 per month to $5.00 per month. This fee does not apply to members under the age of 18. This fee may be avoided by opting into E-Statements within Orion Financial’s digital banking at OrionFCU.com or in the Orion Financial mobile app.

A Trust Research Fee of $150.00 has been implemented in our Fee Schedule. This fee applies when establishing a new trust account or converting an existing personal account to a trust account. There is no fee to designate a trust as the POD beneficiary of a personal account.

An Estate Research Fee of $150.00 has been implemented in our Fee Schedule. This fee applies when all owners of a personal account die without a valid POD beneficiary. This fee may be avoided by adding and maintaining a valid POD beneficiary on the account.
