May 2022 | This week, you may have noticed a new look and feel when logging into the Orion mobile app or online banking.
These exciting updates provide enhanced features to access your Orion accounts anytime, anywhere!
Here are a few changes to look for with our new digital banking experience.
- Please note that your Orion username and password have not changed.
- If you see an error message when you open the Orion app, visit the App Store or Google Play, search for the app and click Update to download the latest version.
- The first time you open the updated Orion app or online banking, you may be asked to log in again or request a Secure Access Code. You’ll need to retrieve this code and follow the instructions to log in and access the updated system.
- If you have Orion Online Banking saved as a bookmark in your browser, make sure to update the link to the new login page. You will not be able to log in to the old platform. You can also log in using the Sign In button above or on our home page.
