Orion has the lowest APR for a 30-year fixed-rate conventional mortgage, according to a weekly survey of all APRs advertised openly on the websites of 2022's 25 highest mortgage producers in Shelby County, TN. The weekly survey does not consider the rates of lenders that require an application or the input of personal information protected under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act to view the rate. Mortgage rates change frequently, so the weekly survey results may differ from rates advertised at a different date and time but are valid as of the date and time of publication. All rates are assumed to be the "as low as" rate for well-qualified borrowers. Orion is an Equal Housing Lender.
