4. Click Cancel or Cancel Series, then Confirm.

What exactly is being discontinued?
This change applies specifically to the External Transfer feature within Business Digital Banking, which allows eligible users to transfer funds between their Orion account and accounts held at another financial institution. This does not mean that all methods of sending or receiving funds between Orion and another financial institution are being discontinued.
Why is Orion discontinuing External Transfers for business accounts?
Protecting our business members and their accounts is a priority. Orion regularly evaluates its products, services, and transaction channels from a security and fraud-risk perspective. As part of that ongoing review, Orion has made the decision to discontinue the External Transfer feature for Business Digital Banking. Removing this functionality helps reduce the risk of unauthorized transactions and strengthens the safeguards surrounding the movement of funds from business accounts.
When will External Transfers no longer be available?
The External Transfer feature will be discontinued effective September 23, 2026. After this date, business members will no longer be able to initiate new transactions using this feature within Business Digital Banking.
Has there been a security breach or fraud event involving my account?
This service change should not be interpreted as an indication that your individual account has been compromised. Orion is making this change as part of our broader approach to managing transaction risk and protecting business accounts. If Orion identifies suspicious activity specific to your account, we will follow our established procedures for contacting you.
Can I still move money between Orion and another financial institution?
Yes. Other options may be available depending on your business's needs and the type of transaction you are trying to complete. Because businesses use External Transfers for different purposes, we encourage you to contact our Business Banking team at businessbanking@orionfcu.com. We can review how your business currently uses the service and help identify an appropriate alternative.
Do I need to do anything before September 23, 2026?
Yes, if you have scheduled or recurring External Transfers.
Existing scheduled and recurring External Transfers will not automatically be canceled when the feature is discontinued. Please review your External Transfers and cancel all scheduled or recurring External Transfers before September 23, 2026.
If you rely on External Transfers as part of your regular business operations, we also encourage you to contact Business Banking before September 23 so we can help identify an appropriate alternative.
What happens to my existing scheduled or recurring External Transfers?
Disabling the External Transfer feature will not automatically cancel your existing scheduled or recurring transfers.
For this reason, you must cancel any scheduled or recurring External Transfers before September 23, 2026. This will help prevent unsuccessful or unintended future transfer attempts after the feature has been discontinued.
To cancel a scheduled or recurring External Transfer:
Please follow the steps above.
If you need assistance identifying or canceling your scheduled transfers, please contact businessbanking@orionfcu.com before September 23, 2026.
Will other Business Digital Banking services be affected?
This change is specific to the External Transfer feature. Other Business Digital Banking functionality will remain available unless Orion communicates otherwise.
Who should I contact if I have questions or need an alternative?
Our Business Banking team is available to help. Email: businessbanking@orionfcu.com .
When contacting us, please let us know how you currently use External Transfers. This will help our team understand your business's needs and identify the most appropriate alternative solution. We recommend contacting us before September 23, 2026, particularly if External Transfers are part of your business's regular cash-management activities.
