ACCOUNT QUESTIONS
The $5 deposit goes into your Orion primary share savings account. This is a one-time membership deposit with Orion. This $5 represents your share of ownership in Orion and must remain on deposit in order to maintain membership. You may use the following as your first form of identification: To open an account with Orion, you will need two forms of identification. There’s also a $5 deposit requirement that you must provide at the time of account opening. If you are opening your account online, you can fund your account by transferring funds from another financial institution. Members will automatically be enrolled by default unless they are not in good standing or there are issues with the payroll depositor. To opt out, please contact Orion to let us know. Please note, Social Security is included. Please notify an Orion employee and they will work with you on a solution. The Orion routing number is 284084907.
DIGITAL BANKING
Log in to online or mobile banking, select the menu option “Loan Center” and click “Mortgage Center” to track progress, make payments, and view statements for your Orion Mortgage. If your payment is electronic, it should be debited from your account on the business day before the payment date you selected. If the payment is by mail, the payment will be delivered by the selected date, but will not be debited from your account until the recipient deposits the check. Log into the Orion app or online banking to view or update your scheduled Bill Pay dates. You can use Bill Pay to schedule recurring payments that will automatically be paid monthly, weekly, or on another schedule you set. To use this option, select Recurring Payments, choose your schedule, and select the first payment date. To view scheduled and recurring payments through the Orion app, visit the Pending Payments tile and select the View More button to see when each payment will be delivered.

You can transfer funds using Orion’s Digital Banking options – from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Simply log in to your digital banking account to see your Orion accounts and transfer money. You can also transfer funds between accounts at any Orion location. Yes, you can add a joint owner to your account. You have to be present with the person being added and he/she has to meet the same membership requirements. If you receive an error message while signing up online, you can call the Orion Member Connect team at 1-800-532-9025 to see what the error may have been. Member Connect is open to assist you Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. You also have the option to schedule an appointment. Your employer is responsible for routing your paycheck to your Orion account. To set-up direct deposit you will need your account number and the Orion routing #284084907. Yes, we offer direct deposit. Check with your employers or HR representative to enroll. You will need your account number and Orion’s routing number: #284084907. Yes, we offer online banking, E-Statements, free bill pay and mobile banking. We also offer P2P transfers on the Orion mobile app. We can help you with all of these services and they help you save time and money while managing your banking relationship. ACCOUNT SECURITY
For any transaction disputes, you should contact your local branch location or call our Member Connect Call Center at 1-800-532-9025 or 901-385-5200. Please be sure to report any fraudulent activity or concerns to Orion within 60 days of the first statement delivery date to ensure your concern can be addressed. If you’ve enrolled in e-Statements through your Online Banking, you can view and print current and past statements at no charge. An official statement or transaction history can be printed at your local branch. Please see our Fee Schedule for applicable fees. You can reorder your checks either through your Online Banking account or at any Orion branch location. In Online Banking, select Check Reorder from the Online Services Menu. You can change your current address on your Online Banking account dashboard. You can also change your address by calling Orion’s Member Connect Center 1-800-532-9025 or visiting any Orion branch. Please report your lost or stolen Orion card by calling the applicable number below. All services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
