Orion announces the addition of Donald Holsinger to its executive team as Chief Mortgage Officer.
In this role, Holsinger is responsible for working with Orion’s mortgage team to deliver a great experience while helping Orion members navigate the path to homeownership.
A proven leader in the mortgage industry, Holsinger brings more than two decades of experience in all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, compliance, and quality control. He excels in team building, performance measurement, operations, and sales. He is committed to bottom-line success through effective sales development, brand awareness and client satisfaction.
“Orion offers competitive products and already has a strong footprint and reputation in the region,” said Holsinger. “Our focus is to expand Orion’s exceptional mortgage service in the market.”
Prior to joining the Orion team, Holsinger most recently served as Director of Mortgage Banking at Franklin Synergy Bank of Franklin, Tenn. He began his financial career at FirstBank in Jackson, Tenn., growing from a two-person team in 1999 to an institution of more than 200 employees, three lines of business, and more than $1.2 billion in mortgage production in 2014.

Holsinger is a West Tennessee native and a graduate of Union University in Jackson, Tenn.
