A mortgage loan of $200,000 for 15 years at 6.641 % APR will have a monthly payment of $1,951.28.
A mortgage loan of $200,000 for 10 years at 6.825% APR will have a monthly payment of $2,557.74.
An FHA loan of $220,924 for 30 years at 7.414% APR will have a monthly payment of $1,580.89, including required FHA Mortgage Insurance.
A VA loan of $235,000 for 30 years at 6.726% APR will have a monthly payment of $1,504.73. VA Funding fee is added to loan amount.
