MEMPHIS, TN — May 6, 2026 — Orion Financial (“Orion”) is proud to announce a landmark partnership with the Overton Park Shell, serving as the Presenting Sponsor of the 90th anniversary “Shell-ebration,” the Orion Financial Free Concert Series, and Shell on Wheels, three signature initiatives that bring music, culture, and community to life across one of Memphis’ most iconic and historic stages.

The Orion Financial Free Concert Series welcomes local, national, and international acts to the legendary Shell stage, where generations of artists have created a timeless legacy. Kicking off this Saturday, May 9 and running through June 27, the series will feature 18 free, outdoor performances spanning rock, funk, hip-hop, folk, electronic, and more, continuing the Shell’s tradition of making world-class music accessible to all.
From September 10–13, Orion Financial will also present the 90th Birthday “Shell-ebration,” a landmark weekend that celebrates the Shell’s rich history while setting the stage for its future. With Orion’s partnership, the event will bring together moments of reflection, celebration, and forward momentum, honoring the music, memories, and milestones that have defined the Shell for generations.
As Presenting Sponsor of Shell on Wheels, Orion Financial is helping extend the reach of the Overton Park Shell beyond its historic stage and into neighborhoods throughout Memphis and Shelby County. This program amplifies the work of local artists and arts organizations, delivering live performances directly into the community and ensuring access to the arts for all.
